At nfctags.co, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our refund policy outlined below:

1. Customized NFC Tags:

   - Due to the personalized nature of our custom-designed NFC tags, we regret that we cannot offer refunds or returns once the order is confirmed, designed, or processed.

2. Generic Designed NFC Tags:

   - We offer a 3-day return and replacement policy for damaged generic designed NFC tags.

   - Please note: If your NFC tag does not function on your phone due to your phone lacking NFC capabilities or being outdated, it will not be eligible for a refund. 

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@nfctags.co. We will provide you with further instructions on where returns should be shipped and the amount you will be refunded if your NFC tag is found to be faulty.

Conditions for Returns:

- The product must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.

- It must be in its original packaging.

- The return must be initiated within 3 days of the purchase date.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and process your replacement. If the NFC tag functions as per NFC standards, no replacement is eligible. Redelivery will be subject to delivery charges.

Cancellation:

- For generic designed NFC tags:

   - If an order is canceled after placing the order, a cancellation fee may apply depending on the nature of customization and the stage of the creation process. 

- For custom-designed and branded NFC tags:

   - Once an invoice has been issued, orders cannot be canceled after we have started the creation process.

Customs and Local VAT:

For international orders, we are unable to assist or pay for local customs duties or VAT in your respective country of operations.
